The kitchen of the Hotel Maria offers a wide range of regional / South Tyrolean specialties as well as mouth-watering Italian dishes. 

• Breakfast buffet offering a wide range of tempting dishes with juice bar, and (once weekly) various champagnes to delight your palate
• Midday snack from the buffet (in the summer)
• Afternoon snack
• Evenings: 4-course gourmet menu (selection of different complete meals), with salad bar and cheese buffet; additional culinary highlights changing from week to week (e.g. antipasti buffet, South Tyrolean specialty evenings, aperitif reception, sweets and dessert buffet)
• Wine-tastings in our hotel's wine cellar, with an attractive collection of rare vintages from South Tyrol and all of Italy
