Booking Reservations & Other Conditions

Please note the following general terms and conditions

• Your hotel rooms are available to you beginning at 3:00 p.m. of the day of your arrival. We request that you please vacate your rooms on the day of your departure by 10:00 a.m.
• In order to confirm your reservation, we request that you make an advance payment of 20% of the price of your stay / package. This prepayment will be completely credited towards payment of the final price.
• Cancellations. Please understand that we must charge the following cancellation fees. When canceling 21 prior to your arrival: 20% (or the advance payment will be retained); 14 days prior to your arrival: 40%; less than 14 days prior to your arrival: 70% of the total price.
• In the event of a delayed arrival or premature departure, we will bill you a minimum of 3 days (half-board).
