The Hotel Maria is the ideal winter vacation spot if you love skiing and want to make use of all of the services which a specialized family hotel can provide. The ski region begins just a few steps away from the hotel.
The Latemar Ski Center is a highly appealing ski area with 17 cableways and lifts as well as 50 km of slopes and numerous cozy Alpine huts. From the starting point in Obereggen / San Floriano (at an elevation of 1,550 m), the ski area continues on up to 2,500 meters above sea-level. The slopes have extremely reliable snow; high-performance snow machines also stand ready.
Several times a week, you can enjoy night-time skiing and tobogganing. And the ski pass is free of charge for children under 8 years of age! Special ski instructional programs are available for children, and "Brunoland" is a special area of children skiers.
