Pets
- The hotel rooms are available from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the rooms by 10.00.
- To fix your booking, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the price of the pension. This deposit will be deducted from the final price.
- Cancellations - please understand that we have to charge for cancellations the following costs: until 21 days before arrival 30 % or the deposit will be forfeited; up to 14 days before arrival 40%; from 14 days before arrival 70% of the total price.
- In case of late arrival or premature departure, we provide min. 3 half-board days in the invoice.
- The Hotel’s Own Travel Cancellation Insurance
In cooperation with Elvia-Travel Insurance, we can offer you our own travel cancellation insurance. - You can obtain the insurance directly from here.
- You are very welcome to bring your four-legged friend to Hotel Maria.
- Please let us know already at the time of booking that your dog will be joining you.
- For the accommodation of your pet, we charge €18.00 per dog/night (without food).
